By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, starting a trial, or using the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Service scope
Milewa provides tools for collecting, organizing, viewing, and analyzing operational, financial, and performance data, focused on supporting decisions about pricing, margin, costs, orders, and operational efficiency. Features may vary depending on the plan, active integrations, environment, and product roadmap.
Sign up and access
Access to the platform requires registration with true, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials, for use of the account, and for all activity performed from it. Sharing logins inappropriately or attempting to bypass authentication, limitation, or security mechanisms is prohibited.
Integrations with marketplaces and third parties
By connecting marketplace accounts or third-party systems, the user declares they have legitimate authorization to do so. Milewa will act according to the permissions granted, respecting the technical and contractual limits of these integrations. The user acknowledges that unavailability, API changes, third-party errors, or limitations imposed by partners may affect some features.
Plans, trials, and billing
Milewa may offer paid plans, trial periods, free features, usage limits, and promotional conditions. Prices, terms, renewal, cancellation policy, and plan scope must be stated in the commercial proposal, checkout, or current pricing page. Unless otherwise specified, non-payment may result in blocking, limiting, or suspending access, according to internal billing procedures.
Permitted use and restrictions
It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, to gain unauthorized access to data, to exploit vulnerabilities, to copy functionality abusively, to resell the service without authorization, or to use the environment in a way that compromises stability, integrity, or security. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milewa will not be liable for loss of profit, indirect loss, business decisions made solely based on reports, downtime caused by third parties, failures of external APIs, misuse of the account by the user, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided to the system. The user remains responsible for validating critical decisions, prices, registrations, and accounting/tax data before execution.
Suspension and termination
Milewa may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or abusive use of the platform. The user may close the account and request cancellation according to the current contract process. Existing payment obligations, audit rights, minimum legal retention, and clauses on data protection and intellectual property remain valid after termination, when applicable.
Final provisions
