You own your personal data. Milewa ensures you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), simply, free of charge, and within 15 days. This page explains what these rights are and how to request them.

  Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or improperly processed data.

  Find out which public and private entities we share your data with.
• Consent withdrawal
  Withdraw, at any time, the consent given for processing based on this basis.
• Review of automated decisions
  Request a review of decisions made solely by automated processing.

How to exercise

You can exercise any of these rights using the form below or directly with our Data Protection Officer (DPO). For your security, we may request additional information to confirm your identity before processing your request — this prevents third parties from accessing your data inappropriately.

Deadlines and free support

Requests are free of charge. We will respond within 15 days after confirming your identity. In deletion cases, some data may be kept when there is a legal or regulatory retention obligation (for example, tax reasons), in which case we will inform you of the applicable legal basis.
